THROUGH EVERY DARK NIGHT, THERE'S A BRIGHT DAY AFTER THAT

Unless we experience shadiness, we will never value the light. Everyone has experienced some kind of trouble or distress of some kind. Sometimes it is lonely place to be in. You get the feeling of being detached. Worry and doubt are seen as answers, but in reality they only will sink you further in the hole of gloominess.
Real truth is: You are never alone! Worry and doubts are not the solutions and remember that period of darkness will pass. But first thing you should do is to know your situation for what it is. In reality it is one of the many experiences that we have signed up for on this journey called life. Whether we know it or not, God is always with us on this journey with all its peaks and valleys.
Lest we participate in life’s battles we would never succeed. We should find in all our problems, opportunities to grow and learn. Similar to the person who wants to build his body to needs to exercise, so we must go through problems in life for our characters and souls to grow. Just as lifting weights makes our muscles stronger by overcoming struggle, our souls need some struggle as well to become stronger. We are here to learn; and much is learnt through defeat that through victory. This doesn’t mean that we are here to fail. We are here to win; but sometimes victory is not complete without lessons learnt  and no matter how much we wish otherwise, more lessons are learnt through are defeats that through are victories.
Difficult times should be learnt from and accepted as a challenge and should never lead to unhappiness. Believing in ourselves and in a power higher than us is key to both happiness and success. Let that peace, expectation, happiness, satisfaction, love and abundance consciousness penetrate our unconscious minds so that our circumstances appear to demonstrate these into our living reality.
To reach the highest peak, you often go through a sequence of hills and valleys before you can reach the highest point (summit). For this to happen you must keep on moving, steering the valleys and hills as matter of course in order to achieve goal. No matter how hard it seems, belief can truly move mountains and you can overcome every difficulty in your path.
The true value of light is realised only when we know about darkness. Like the light at the end of the tunnel, or the sun that appears from behind clouds- your light is there, too, even though it plays hide- and- seek.
When you feel that you will find light, when you believe that darkness is only a phase, treat as nothing more, your light will become noticeable and you will shine as signal of hope to many.

Thus “I know it seems hard sometimes but remember one thing. Through every dark night, there's a bright day after that”.

Technology and HR..!!

'Innovation is the ability to see change as an opportunity, not a threat' - Steve Jobs
Technology has been playing a major role to change the business world many times over. The advent of computers and the Internet has increased the impact significantly. The use of computer technology has been increased in business environment, including human resources, where technology continues to have a significant impact on HR practices.
Recruiting
Technology had a great impact in the area of recruiting. Before the Internet technology, HR recruiters had to rely on print publications, such as newspapers, for posting the jobs and getting prospects for open positions. Despite of networking, HR recruiters were not able to post a job in one or more locations and have millions of people to see it all at once. Technology has made recruiting more efficient and effective.
Training
Technology enables human resources professionals to train new staff members efficiently.  Accessing company information and training programs from remote locations will eliminate the need for trainers to work directly with new hires. Virtual classrooms training will help HR professionals to train large number of employees and assess their progress through computerized testing programs.
Data Storage and Retrieval
The use of electronic imaging helps to store and retrieve files in an electronic format. Technology also makes it possible for HR professionals to simply print the forms that employees need. On demand printing eliminates the need to dig through number of files to find what is needed.
Performance Management
HR professionals can use computer technology to assess and evaluate employee performance and also get employee feedback for the betterment of organization. Various software programs have been introduced to help HR professionals to examine employee performance using certain metrics to ensure that the employees are meeting performance standards. Additional training or replacement is the other option HR professionals can opt for those employees that don't measure.
Businesses have always faced internal and external challenges. The ongoing war for talent, the employee experience, retention and employee engagement and all other such issues have a significant impact on businesses. Due to increasing requirement for vendors to develop solutions, innovation will create consistent dialogue across all the HR platforms, allowing for a single, consistent voice, hence delivering the sole view of employees, the client, and the business. These solutions will result in efficiencies and will reduce the duplication across multiple areas of the business, which will help management to understand why this development is necessary and reassure them that the upfront investment will save the money in the long term, positively impacting their bottom line.
